Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €1,000, whichever is greater.

9. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances will SecureNet be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages resulting from security incidents, data breaches, system failures, or any other events that may occur despite our professional services.

10. Force Majeure

SecureNet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other force majeure events. In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

12. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
